Everything about this day ended up being perfect, except that by the time we were leaving the luncheon we were exhausted, but that was to be expected.
All of our family was there, the weather ended up being perfect (it was misty on the drive to the temple), and everyone was happy.
Besides being married to my best friend for eternity, one of my favorite moments was when I realized all of my siblings, their spouses, and my parents were all in the sealing room together. That was a great moment for our family. It isn't often we are all together, and knowing we were all together in the Temple, the House of the Lord, was extremely special.
I'd go back and live this day over and over if I could. When Blake and I were kneeling across from each other preparing to be sealed for time and all eternity I couldn't help but get a little emotional. I couldn't help but think we had finally made it, we had both finally found the one we wanted to spend forever with. It wasn't an easy road for either of us, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Now enjoy a ton of pictures!
Guys being an aunt is the best, and having them all rush forward to hug you is even better!
And knowing they all love Blake is even BETTER!
I will save this picture forever. My last grandparent alive, my mother's mom, 90 years old!
The whole crew!
My family, all in one place!
I'm a little biased but I think we are one good looking group!
I had to share this because it was quite the ordeal trying to get 16 kids to pose for a picture.
How many people get to say they married into two families?! #blessed
All of our friends had to travel to get here. Not one lived locally. We felt pretty blessed to have them all there!
Tyler's (one of Blake's best friends) wife set Blake and I up. His flight was delayed and we were lucky to be out taking our bridals when he pulled up.
And if you haven't seen this awesome video that Bentley & Dre made for us, enjoy it here!
I love Blake. More today than I did seven weeks ago and I can't wait to love him even more.
Best. Day. Ever.
