#thankfultuesday

I know I'm not great at posting regularly on here. Life is crazy and blogging isn't number one in my life. But it is now a goal to make gratitude a really high priority in my life. I've seen over the past month how being grateful midst trials has given me so much strength. Which is why I've decided to make #thankfultuesday a weekly thing. So I hope you'll join me in learning to see the light in the darkness, the sun in the clouds and just being grateful for all we are given!

1. I'm grateful that I survived planning and executing my first auction (more pictures will be up soon), that it went smoothly and that there were no real problems.

2. I'm grateful that I have job where the people I work with are supportive of my decisions and care about me and my life.

3. I'm grateful to have a family that will do fun, crazy things with me like have an annual Harry Potter party.

4. I'm grateful that I get to have a calling in my church to be with young women who teach me great lessons all the time. This week Emma taught us about gratitude, and it was great!

5. I'm grateful that I got to go to the corn maze this weekend and finally start to enjoy October. 

6. I'm grateful for my mom and dad who despite their own crazy schedule made time to come volunteer to help set up for the auction I was in charge of.

7. I'm grateful for my two Brazilian friends, Karyny and Idauana who are always so positive and loving with me even when I'm stubborn.

8. I'm grateful that I could finally find two pairs of booties that I actually liked so that my feet wouldn't freeze at work and church anymore.

9. I'm grateful for social media and technology that helps me stay in contact with friends who I don't get to see or talk to very often.

10. I'm grateful for naps. I got to leave work early yesterday and take one and boy did I need it!
